A new heavier charge against Afgan Mukhtarli

 A new charge against the arrested was brought against a journalist Afgan Mukhtarli - violence against a representative of the authorities (Article 315.2 of the Criminal Code), his . lawyer Elchin Sadigov wrote on his Facebook page.
The lawyer also said that at 17 o'clock in the Sabail court a trial against Mukhtarli should begin, where a preventive measure will be chosen. The journalists were kidnapped on May 29 in Tbilisi in the evening, and was secretly delivered to Baku. This was the reason for a big scandal and accusations against the Georgian authorities, who participated in the kidnapping of the journalist, and handed it over to the special services of Azerbaijan. After all this, the Georgian side allowed that Mukhtarly was transported across the border without a passport.
